Romeo
is a beautiful, friendly, classic tabby male. He was a stray roaming
the streets; now he is safe with us. He's a fun-loving, young boy who
loves attention and will plant himself directly in front of you so he
gets it. Romeo will be a wonderful addition to your home.
Sam
Sam is a gorgeous long-haired, grey and white angora male. Sam Sam's
owner sadly needed to give him up when she went into a nursing home.
It is clear that he's used to being somebody's baby and would be
thrilled to find another quiet home where he could be adored and
loved for the sweet cat that he is.

SPARKLES
Sparkles
is a short-haired, mostly white male with black spots. He came to us
as a stray. He is still acclimating to his new surroundings at the
shelter. He seems like a nice fellow but may be a little feisty for
younger kids.

SUZIE
Suzie
is a young tortie female. She is still a little nervous but has made
great progress recently. She will need a patient owner who can help
her learn to trust unconditionally. She sure does love to play with
her toys and some of the other cats, though!
Little
Sweetie is a cute black and white female who lives up to her name.
She loves attention and people in spite of what someone did to her.
Sweetie had been abandoned in a taped up box with no air holes. Her
nose and front feet were raw and bleeding from her desperate attempt
to claw her way out of the box. She's now well on the way to recovery
and looking for a nice new home.

ADOPTED!
TAMMY
Tammy
has been adopted
Tammy
is a sweet, friendly, long-haired, calico female. She needs a lot of
love and likes to be held. If you are looking for a snuggly kitty to
keep you company, Tammy will be a great pet. Tammy came to us with
her sister, Julia. If you are looking for two friendly kitties, this
may be the pair for you.
TARA
Tara
and her sisters, Cara & Lara, were rescued from South Street
School in Danbury, CT. Tara is playful, friendly, and gets along well
with other cats. Her sister Lara has been adopted, but Cara is also
waiting for a home.
Update
7/31: Tara recently had surgery to correct a luxating patella and is
doing very well. Though not fond of being held, she is a sweet girl
who comes to you looking for attention and petting. Our wish is for
her to find a quiet, forever home where she can relax during the rest
of her recuperation and where she will let her personality shine
through like the little star she is. If you would like to help us
cover the cost of her surgery, please go to cat page 1 for details on
making a contribution to the cat medical fund.
