Stop by and meet our adorable adoptable animals at the Danbury Library. Come hear Author Phil Klein talk about his book, “Raising a Peaceful Dog,” then walk outside to the plaza to open your heart to an animal looking for their forever home. Meet and greet some of the dogs available for adoption, and look at photos of some the cats and kittens available for adoption.

Not ready to adopt but want to help? Drop off an item or two from our wish list in the donation bin. Donation receipts will be available. Volunteers from Danbury Animal Welfare Society will be on hand to answer questions about the next step in the adoption process.
