Lady is her new name, and it seems to fit.  I love her so much and she has brought such joy into my life.

I am working on getting her certified as a therapy dog. At the advice of Newtown Strong, I have Lady enrolled in puppy training classes at Confident Canine in Monroe, which is also going well.

She loves playing with other dogs and we try to go to a dog park once each weekend.  She gets along with my son’s dog, which is great because I get to do dog sitting when he is out of town.  I also have 2 cats which seems to be working out also.  They are still getting used to each other.  Lady wants to play all the time and they are older cats.  They tolerate her for a while and then hide when they have had enough.
